Users receiving disappointment from Vodafone; pros & cons included whip2.GIF

Though Vodafoneas 2G speed is 10 miles far away from its competitors in my region (Rajasthan India) but its services have started annoying & troubling the users. How? thumb_up.GIF


No pre-notification to users about the changes in Vodafoneas data plans. When I subscribed to Rs. 17 GPRS plan I believed to receive 300MB data allowance but it surprised me because I received 100MB only. If company had notified me about the changes, I may choose a better plan according to my budget.


Auditing of accounts isnat taking place properly & immediately e.g. currently I am subscribed to 20MB GPRS pack but *111# tells I am subscribed to 100MB data plan & having 102MB data balance left.


One day I subscribed to Rs. 17 GPRS pack but I received only 2 days validity instead of 3. How? Since I subscribed this at 10 pm & it took 4 hrs to activate. At 2 am it was activated. Thus a day was lost. This thing hadnat happened before firestarter.GIF


Vodafoneas both customer helpline nos. 111 & 198 not picking up my call. (I am sure about this Vodafoneas inside boycott policy against customers with pending request)
Vodafoneas locate your nearby store option failed in its operation after trying 3-4 times. Then I visited Vodafone mini store in my town. They people failed to give any (out of 4 queries) satisfactory answer.


One of my friends has reported similar problems to me. He was more disappointed than me with the services. He (been unconvinced) has threatened the c-care executive to have MNP of all Vodafone SIMs of his family & would go to report in press dislike.GIF


Thus is losing the reliability of customers. It merely is providing harassment to users
